[MC] How Do the Courses Differ from One Another?

All three courses share the same foundation: the AOA approach to emotional awareness and connection, experienced directly rather than studied. Where they differ is depth, focus, and what each one asks of you.

Connection Course · 3 weeks

The foundation. It builds your capacity for honest connection with yourself and others through live partnered sessions and facilitator-led debriefs. If you are new to AOA, this is where to begin. Everything else builds on the ground it lays.

Great Decisions · 5 weeks

A focused application of the work. Where the Connection Course opens the capacity, Great Decisions points it at a specific question: how to know your own principles clearly enough to make decisions that are genuinely yours. It adds small-group sessions and live coaching with Joe.

Master Class · 8 weeks

The deepest and most sustained of the three. It works with the seven core patterns that quietly shape a life, over a longer arc and with more intensity than the others. A second track, Master Class for Coaches, is for those who want to carry this work into their own practice.

In short

Think of it as widening and deepening. The Connection Course opens the door. Great Decisions applies the work to how you choose. Master Class goes furthest into the patterns that run beneath it all. Most people begin with the Connection Course, and from there follow whichever direction feels alive.
