[MC] What is Master Class?

Master Class is the seven things Joe learned.

After two decades of coaching founders, executives, and other high-performers, Joe noticed the same seven patterns kept showing up. The patterns that look like strength from the outside, and quietly run the show from the inside. Master Class is 8 weeks of working through them, in your own life, with people doing the same.

It's AOA's deepest, longest, most intensive course.

What to Expect

  • 8 weeks of sustained work with yourself, a partner, a small group, and the wider community.
  • Weekly live sessions with Joe. Teaching, Q&A, and live coaching. Not everyone gets coached by Joe directly, but every participant gets coaching on Circle with our facilitators.
  • A weekly small group session for experimentation and practice.
  • A weekly 1:1 session with a partner from your small group.
  • Solo work between sessions: experiments, a podcast, daily practices.
  • A community of peers doing the work alongside you.

Plan for 8–12 hours a week.

Two Tracks

  • Master Class. The main 8-week course. For anyone ready to go deep on personal transformation.
  • Master Class for Coaches. An add-on for coaches, therapists, and practitioners who want to work with these patterns in their clients.

For the difference, see Master Class vs. Master Class for Coaches.
