[MC] How do I become an AOA facilitator?

At this point, the path to coaching with AOA is by invitation only. Very few people, if any, are added each year to our facilitation training program. Most but not all come from our year long programs.

If you’re interested in deepening your understanding of AOA’s approach to facilitation, the Old Student Program, which you’ll learn more about at the end of Master Class, is the best next step. Joining the program does not in any way guarantee that you’ll be invited to become an AOA coach. Its primary purpose is to teach coaching and facilitation as a path for self-discovery.
