To participate in the Connection Course, you'll need:

• a laptop or desktop computer
• a reliable internet connection
• a working camera and microphone

• a private, quiet space where you can be fully present and uninterrupted

  
  

Phones and tablets are not supported.

Being fully present and uninterrupted is an important part of the course. These guidelines help protect the depth of the work and support everyone in receiving the course as intended.
